Overview

This type of current transformer is a fully-enclosed busbar product made of unsaturated resin. It is suitable for indoor electrical power systems and equipment with a rated frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz and a rated voltage of 0.5kV and below. This type of transformer is small in size, light in weight, high in accuracy, and excellent in insulation performance. The product complies with IEC44-1: 1996 and GB1208-2006 "current transformer" standards.

Structure Introduction

This type of current transformer is a fully-enclosed busbar structure made of unsaturated resin. The secondary winding and iron core are cast in the resin, and the middle window hole is used for the primary busbar to pass through. The secondary outlet end is equipped with an anti-theft electric cover.

Technical Parameters

■ Rated insulation level: The secondary winding can withstand 3kV power frequency withstand voltage to ground.

■ Power factor of load: COSφ = 0.8 (lag)

■ Rated secondary current: 5A, 1A

■ It can manufacture 0.2S or 0.5S high-precision current transformers for measurement.
